Best practices to make the most of your UNWIND meditation:
Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Try and listen all the way to the end.
Be patient with your body and nervous system as it learns the important skill of letting go, relaxing, and unwinding.
I recommend that for you to get maximum benefit start off by listening daily for 10 days, and then twice weekly thereafter or whenever you need to regroup and unwind.
