What is the Best Exercise for Health?

Some people consider swimming the best workout. The buoyancy of the water supports your body and takes the strain off painful joints so you can move them more fluidly. Swimming can be good for people suffering from arthritis because it's less weight-bearing.

But swimming isn’t good if you want to prevent or help with osteoporosis as it’s not weight-bearing.

How about Pilates, Yoga, HIT, Jogging, Tai chi...the list goes on.
